What we collect

When you request early access, we collect the business contact details you submit, the trade you select, any notes you choose to share, and basic product analytics if you accept cookies.

How we use it

We use this information to contact interested contractors, prioritize product work, understand landing-page performance, and follow up on early-access requests.

Analytics and cookies

If you accept cookies, ChangeOrderPing records page visits, CTA clicks, form submissions, scroll depth, outbound link clicks, and UTM attribution so we can see which traffic sources produce qualified contractor leads.

Data retention

Lead submissions are retained for product launch follow-up unless you ask us to delete them. Browser attribution cookies are stored for up to 90 days.

Your choices

You can decline analytics cookies, request deletion of your lead information, or ask for a copy of the contact details we hold by emailing hello@changeorderping.com.
